Three divisions: 10U, 12U and Middle School (15 and under), set weight classes. Entry is via the USAWCT regional kids state qualifiers held in late February (CT residents only).
USA Wrestling Connecticut's youth folkstyle state championships. The 2026 edition was held March 1, 2026 at Hillhouse High School, New Haven, in 10U, 12U and Middle School divisions; the 2025 edition was March 2, 2025 in New Haven. Wrestlers qualify through regional USAWCT qualifier tournaments (e.g. Danbury, Feb 22, 2026).
