No. Wrestling Agent is for club, travel, and offseason dual tournaments — the events where teams form ad hoc and rosters have holes. We started in the PA/NJ/OH corridor with a curated set of events. In-season school wrestling has its own rules and its own rosters; we stay out of it.

Because the wrestlers are kids. Events and club pages are public; athlete profiles are not. Only coaches who have been verified — phone, USAW card, and club affiliation on file — can search free agents, and even then they see a first name and last initial. Coaches you apply to, or whose roster your wrestler joins, see the same thing until you accept a spot.

A parent or guardian, always. Minors never have accounts on Wrestling Agent and can never message anyone. One parent account holds every wrestler in the family, and the parent can edit or hide a profile at any time, and ask us to delete it.

Your club listed your wrestler on its roster; accepting creates the profile you own; declining deletes the address the coach entered.

For events, an admin checked dates, divisions, and fees against the organizer's page. For coaches, we confirmed their phone, USAW membership card, and that a Verified club vouches for them; for clubs, that the owner verified their phone and that the club's website or social page backs them up. A coach marks the holes on their roster board and each one becomes an open-slot listing. Families claim a spot from open slots, or apply through a signup link the coach shared directly. When the coach accepts, the spot is filled and both sides hold a commitment — same pipeline either way.

Every commitment carries a cancellation policy — the one you acknowledged when you claimed the spot, or the one shown on the invite when a coach placed your wrestler directly — with notice bands spelled out in advance. Life happens — genuine emergencies can be excused by an admin and never count against you. Repeated late cancellations and no-shows do show up in your family's reliability record.

Only people who actually wrestled together can review each other: a review requires a completed commitment between the parties. Coaches rate families, families rate teams, and both rate the tournament. Ratings are shown only as averages, and only once a team or event has at least three. A club may feature a review's text on its own page; the reviewer's name is never shown anywhere.

Parents: browsing, claiming and rostering are free. Paying for a spot through Wrestling Agent adds a 3% + 30¢ service fee. Coaches and clubs: the free plan is free; a 6% platform fee (4% on Club Pro) comes out of spot payments. Details on the pricing page.

Once a coach accepts your claim, you have up to 48 hours to pay through Stripe Checkout — less if the event starts sooner. When a coach places your wrestler on a roster directly, the coach sets the due date, always at least 24 hours out. Wrestling Agent holds the money until the team's tournament entry is confirmed, then releases it to the club. Cancel through Wrestling Agent and the cancellation policy attached to the spot decides the refund.
