Attempting to reconnect
You must be a legal adult to hold a Wrestling Agent account, and you confirm that — and accept these terms — when you create one. Wrestlers are profiles, not users: a minor athlete never owns an account, never signs in, and never sends or receives a message. A parent or guardian creates and controls every athlete profile and every communication about that athlete.
Wrestling Agent connects families, clubs, and tournament organizers. Unless something is explicitly marked Verified, we do not independently guarantee event details, coaching credentials, athlete eligibility, or that an event will run.
Verified means an admin checked the item against the organizer's or club's own published information at the time of verification. It is a point-in-time check, not a continuing guarantee — confirm details with the organizer before you travel.
Don't misrepresent who you are, your club, or your credentials. Don't post roster spots that don't exist. Don't harass other users, contact minors, or pressure families toward off-platform payment — gift cards, wire transfers, payment apps, or anything else outside Wrestling Agent. Don't scrape, resell, or republish athlete information.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Suspension immediately closes every part of the app except your notifications page, where you can read why.
All communication between families and coaches stays on Wrestling Agent. To protect both sides of every conversation, messages are retained — as an audit trail — even if your account is later closed. Outgoing messages are automatically screened for payment-circumvention keywords and flagged for our safety team, and direct message conversations can be reported, after which our safety team may read the reported conversation.
By entering your phone number and checking the consent box on the phone verification page, you agree to receive one verification code by SMS from Wrestling Agent per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Wrestling Agent is the merchant of record for spot payments. Stripe processes the card; the charge appears on your statement as WRESTLING AGENT. The club or coach receives the spot price less our platform fee, on the schedule described on the pricing page.
If you pay for a spot through Wrestling Agent and the team's tournament entry is never confirmed, you get a full refund automatically — service fee included. If the team doesn't show or the spot wasn't real, email support@wrestlingagent.com and an admin can refund you in full the same way. Refunds for cancellations follow the cancellation policy attached to the spot — shown when you claimed it, or on the invite when a coach placed your wrestler directly; the service fee is refunded only with a full refund.
Payments made outside Wrestling Agent — cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, or any other app — are not covered by the guarantee or by these terms, and a spot marked "paid outside Wrestling Agent" carries no refund from us.
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of cancelling through Wrestling Agent, we respond with the payment record. While a dispute is open the club's funds are held back, and a dispute you lose ends your refund rights for that payment.
Subscriptions (Club Pro, Parent Plus) are billed by Stripe from your settings page and can be cancelled there at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change meaningfully affects your rights, we'll notify account holders before it takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
