Format
Individual folkstyle championship brackets in 8U, 10U, 12U, Middle School and a Girls-Only K-8 division. Qualification required: wrestlers must have competed in one of MSWA's Regional Championships.
Billed on the MSWA calendar as the "MSWA Ultimate State Championships", this is Maryland's end-of-season youth folkstyle state tournament for intermediate and advanced wrestlers. Athletes qualify by competing in one of the five MSWA Regional Championships. The 2026 edition used 8U/10U/12U/Middle School/Girls K-8 divisions with published weight classes and a $50 online-only entry; registration runs through USA Bracketing.
