Qualifier-based state finals: top 3 in each age/weight from each of the nine regional qualifiers (Jan-Mar) advance. 2026 ran three sessions: Friday all girls age groups; Saturday boys Juniors, Intermediates and Cadets; Sunday boys Tots, Bantams and Novices.

USA Wrestling New Jersey's scholastic (folkstyle) youth state championships, the culmination of the USAW-NJ qualifier series. Age groups run Tot through Cadet (roughly pre-K through high-school sophomores) for both boys and girls. The 2026 edition was held March 20-22, 2026 at CURE Insurance Arena, 81 Hamilton Ave, Trenton, NJ, and usawnj.org states the 2027 season again culminates mid-March at CURE Insurance Arena with qualifiers beginning in January.
